Our 30 day money back guarantee is restricted only to web hosting. NOT domain names. Once an order for a domain name has been made the transaction is final, unless we have been unable to secure the domain name for you.
To qualify you must contact us via our support desk within 30 days of placing your order. Any applications received after 30 days will not be entitled to a refund.
The guarantee is restricted to one time per customer and/or domain name. This is to avoid situations where a hosting package is cancelled and then another hosting account opened with us under the same domain. This is not considered to be within he spirit of the offer and the guarantee is not applicable under these circumstances.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, typically within 14 days. We will not switch off your hosting account until we have paid your refund.
We provide facilities for our customers to update DNS settings for their domain names meaning if you buy your name through us but wish to move your hosting account you can do so quite easily.
